Will transportation be provided?

For Friday evening, shuttles will depart from the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn beginning at 6:15 pm. After dinner, they’ll make a stop at Steiner’s Tavern before returning to the Fairmont.

Please note that parking is limited at the Fairmont for non-guests. If you’d like to take the shuttle, we recommend getting dropped off at the Fairmont or directly at Scribe. Rideshare services are available throughout Sonoma, though wait times may be longer during peak harvest season.

For the rest of the weekend, the Fairmont offers a complimentary shuttle to Sonoma Plaza and bicycles for guests, though we recommend renting a car to explore wine country.

Do I need to stay at the Fairmont?

Not at all. We selected the Fairmont for its location and because it could accommodate our group, but we encourage you to stay wherever feels right for you. You’ll find additional recommendations on our Travel page, or feel free to reach out with any questions.

What should I wear?

Friday: Cocktail attire. Dinner will be outdoors.
Saturday: Casual wine country attire.

What will the weather be like?

October in Sonoma typically brings warm, sunny afternoons (75–80°F / 24–27°C) and cooler evenings, so we recommend bringing a light layer.

Are children invited?

While we adore your little ones, our Sonoma celebration will be an adults-only weekend. We hope you’ll enjoy a weekend getaway with us.
